You Capture ~ Spring

This is my very first week to participate in You Capture. This week's assignment was "Spring." Luckily we happened to have a gorgeous spring thunderstorm roll through Kansas City. When I think of spring in KC I always think of rain....

This is our new blueberry bush we have yet to plant this spring.

I love the rain and reflection on our deck.

Of course you can't think of spring without seeing the new leaves on the trees.

Beautiful green grass lines the streets.

Our barberry briers are in bloom.

The rain also collects in places it really shouldn't.

And what is spring without the Robins to chase after the worms who come out for the rain?

  2. Beautiful pictures. Rain is so much better than the snow we are currently getting in Wyoming.

    Really nice shots!

  3. So glad you joined the rest of us for You Capture. What a beautiful green Spring you have! I love the shot of your new blueberry bush best, because I could only dream of growing blueberries here (but I may just try anyway).

About Me

My photo
My name is Bobbi. My husband, Adam, and I have been married since September of 2007. We welcomed our daughter, Arabella, on December 31, 2008 and our son, Evan, on February 2, 2010. I'm a stay at home mommy who loves being able to be there for our children. Adam works for a communication company and has been there for ten years now. We are enjoying our time together and our newly expanded family. Things are hectic but all too fun with our Irish twins! I started the blog to keep everyone up to date with our going-ons and to give me a place to blow off steam from time to time. I hope you come back often an take a peek at the pictures I enjoy sharing.
