Happy Easter

It's a few days early, but that's okay. Today I took Bella to my mom's work to meet the Easter Bunny for a photograph. Seriously, can they can some creepier looking characters? This bunny was full on GHETTO. He had a tiny, scary head and his vest & tie were made of plastic. The background was a fold up cardboard layout. Luckily Bella didn't cry, nor did she smile. All she wanted to do was watch the people behind me walking around. We got at least one good photo.

Considering how my last three nights have gone I'm considering declaring defeat and blaming all her grouchiness on teething. Her gums are getting harder and more white. She is gnawing on everything in site and she has recently started spitting up a little here and there. I guess we'll know soon enough. I just hope it isn't like when Adam cut his teeth. His mom said that he would cut them two at a time. The joys of raising a baby. The last three nights I have been unable to get her to sleep before one am. To top it off, last night she would "whine" every half hour to hour. I would lay there and listen and she would just squeak and go back to sleep. This morning she was running a low grade fever but that quickly went away. I just hope this passes soon, so I can get back to sleeping again. Well, I suppose I'll update later, the booby monster calls.

About Me

My photo
My name is Bobbi. My husband, Adam, and I have been married since September of 2007. We welcomed our daughter, Arabella, on December 31, 2008 and our son, Evan, on February 2, 2010. I'm a stay at home mommy who loves being able to be there for our children. Adam works for a communication company and has been there for ten years now. We are enjoying our time together and our newly expanded family. Things are hectic but all too fun with our Irish twins! I started the blog to keep everyone up to date with our going-ons and to give me a place to blow off steam from time to time. I hope you come back often an take a peek at the pictures I enjoy sharing.
